Midland Power Press Training

The company was founded in 1974 by two engineers from E W Bliss Ltd & Rolls Royce Ltd of Derby.

We are the oldest established specialist Power Press training organisation in the UK. Our course programmes cover all the up-to-date legal requirements, approved codes of practice and guidance for the safe use of Power Presses and pressbrakes.

We have experience in power press design, manufacture, production, toolsetting and maintenance. We believe we are the only training service that can also provide written toolsetting procedures, maintenance programmes and hazard & risk assessments with regard to both mechanical and hydraulic power presses.

We will conduct the training at your factory or delegates can be sent to our Birmingham Power Press training center where the cost per person for a one day refresher/update course is currently £145 +VAT and a full two day course £270 +VAT.

We are also the power press training course provider for other training organisations e.g. Mercia Management, Newgrange, Hertfordshire Group Training, Kidderminster, Eagit, Heta, Havering College, etal. However it will always be more cost effective to deal directly with us.

We also provide a one day training programme; for instances where there is a very limited variety of press/guard types.
